Job Description

Position Overview: You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls regarding technical support, ticket sales, and customer inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with technical issues and ticket inquiries.
  • Navigate and troubleshoot online platforms as needed.
  • Safeguard customer information per protocols.
