Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Technical Support Agents with the following vacant positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs professionally.
- Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate solutions.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and patience with customers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to attend Face-to-Face Interview at Ortigas site.
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
- Conversant in English.
- Strong active listening and empathy skills.
Nice to have (Optional):
- Previous customer service experience.

Salary: Php18,090.00 – Php28,100.00 per month
