Job Description
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams. Your main duties include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, installing and updating software, and configuring systems.
You will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem resolution. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users are essential for this role.
