Job Description
Job Overview: Provide first-level support for workstations and applications.
Essential Functions:
- Technical assistance and support to customers.
- Communicate with end users for requirements.
- Resolve routine issues and escalate complex problems.
- Maintain call information using software.
- Assist with monthly chargeback reports.
- Schedule configuration and installation of PC hardware/software.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- One year of related experience or equivalent education.
- Familiarity with technical equipment.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
