Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team and provide assistance with our Workforce Management System. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, analyzing data, and providing technical support to internal and external users.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of workforce management tools. Prior experience in supporting workforce management systems is highly desirable.
