Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the specific area. Ability to execute highly complex or specialized work. Works independently, applies standards, and may make departures from established processes to resolve problems.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct scheduled maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot faults, undertake repairs, and work with outside contractors.
- Perform complex skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics with specialized ability.
- Apply high knowledge of methods, practices, and techniques of maintaining buildings and facilities.
