Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understand the client’s platform and its features for data capture, workflow, automation, and reporting.
- Participate in training sessions.
- Build and test in the client’s platform.
- Address client inquiries via email, phone, and web meetings.
- Respond to customer support requests promptly and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer support, quality assurance, or technical communications. Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of basic networking and wireless networks.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Position: Full-time, permanent under client’s direct hire.
- Schedule: Mostly morning to mid-shift, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Work Set-up: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.

Pay: Php24,00.00 – Php27,00.00 monthly
