Job Description
What will your challenge be? Provide technical support and follow-up on maintenance initiatives and projects on the plants for SCAC vice-presidency cement operations, utilizing data science techniques, with the main purpose that assets can perform the functions for which they were acquired within the security, quality, and environment policies of the company.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Civil)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel)
- English proficiency – B2.
- Experience in data analytics / data science.
- Knowledge in SAP / Microsoft Project / Power BI.
- Experience in maintenance (predictive, preventive, corrective)
- Basic knowledge in vibration analysis, ultrasound, oil analysis, laser alignment and balance, electrical motors analysis, and thermal imaging.
- Experience in major shutdowns.
- Knowledge in industrial security and occupational safety procedures.
- Leadership / Supervisory skills.
- Schedule flexibility.
- Ability to learn fast.
Desirable requirements:
- Knowledge in Critical Chain Project Management – CCPM
- Knowledge in root-cause analysis
