Job Description
As a Technical Support Customer Representative in our BPO company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues they may encounter with our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat
- Identifying and diagnosing technical issues, offering practical solutions and guidance to customers
- Providing step-by-step instructions on how to use our products effectively
- Escalating more complex technical issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in a similar technical support role is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
