Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve all Aftersales Technical Issues.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and other relevant teams.
- Provide technical insights into specific issues.
- Handle escalations and closely monitor the resolution of incidents.
- Document and maintain detailed records of support requests, solutions, and configurations.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing activities to enhance the technical expertise of the help desk team.
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
- Experience in technical is preferred.
- Must be willing to be trained
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A passion for making customers successful
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented attitude including outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail, and expertise in quickly resolving customer issues
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
