Job Description
ECPAC SYSTEMS CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will address and resolve all computer and system-related concerns from clients and employees, assist in creating training materials, and manage software and hardware issues.
Qualifications include at least a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business-related fields, a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, and strong knowledge in Accounting and Computer Science/Information Technology. Excellent communication, leadership skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary of Php15,00.00, including benefits.
