Job Description
Requirements:
- 2 years of Technical Support experience in SaaS product
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Prior experience in Re:amaze (GoDaddy) is preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via email and chat regarding SaaS-related queries and issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L1 technical issues related to SaaS platforms, offering guidance and solutions to customers.
Work Conditions:
- Permanent Remote Work
- Hours of Operations – 24/7
- Current shifts – 12a-9a PT, 8a-5p PT, 3p-12a (Timezone in Pacific)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php39,00.00 – Php41,00.00 per month
