Job Description
As a Technical Support – Entry Level at Systemantech INC, you will be responsible for providing support to end-users in various IT-related tasks. We are looking for individuals who possess strong troubleshooting skills, good communication abilities, and a customer-oriented personality.
Qualifications:
- Strictly at least 6 months’ work experience with an IT Related role.
- Good at CPU hardware and software troubleshooting / Printer Troubleshooting / Network basics.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Have customer service and rapport-building skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Intermediate analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to do fieldwork if required.
- Basic knowledge of ticketing systems.
- Basic knowledge in Server, Router, and Switches installation.
- Customer-oriented personality.
- Flexibility in fieldwork.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the deployment, installation, pull-out, and configuration of PC, Laptop, and Printer.
- Diligently attend to assigned tickets and provide support within the specified SLAs.
- Provide level 1 (phone & remote) and level 2 (on-site) support.
- Regularly update the helpdesk on the status of assigned service requests or incidents.
- Report and update the helpdesk on incidents or service requests encountered beyond the assigned service request.
- Assist end-users on standard applications and specialized software.
- Troubleshoot hardware problems, replace defective parts, and escalate when necessary.
- Responsible for formatting/cloning PC, desktop, laptops.
- Perform network connection configuration, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform regular checkups of PC desktop/laptop and apply necessary updates.
- Escalate problems that require immediate attention.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
