Job Description
Location: Taguig, Philippines
Experience: Minimum 1 year in the BPO industry (H/W or S/W support)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Required to troubleshoot POS devices
- Support drive-through machinery like speakers, microphones, headsets, etc.
- Handle B2C and B2B Inbound and outbound transactions via Phone (85%) and E-mail (15%)
Required Skills:
- 1 year experience in hardware and software support in BPO
- Experience with CRM tools and remote desktop
- Knowledge of computer operating systems
- Customer/client-facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in ISP Support and Point of Sale is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site and in night shifts or shifting schedules
Work Set-Up:
On-site training and Nesting, hybrid once in production, mid-shift, and night shift availability
Work Location: Asian Century Center in BGC, Taguig, Philippines
