Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team for the Mail Protection division during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers experiencing issues with their email protection services.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting email security systems, assisting customers in configuring their mail protection settings, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
