Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team for the night shift to provide Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) support.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, solid understanding of RMM tools, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely.
Responsibilities include monitoring and managing client systems, responding to alerts, performing maintenance tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
