Job Description
Hap Suy Hardware Co., Inc. is seeking a dedicated Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Managing multiple cases and ensuring client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php17,00.00 per month
Benefits include paid training and additional compensation such as 13th month salary and overtime pay.
Experience in Technical Support for at least 1 year and proficiency in English are preferred.
