Job Description
Datablitz is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Intern to join our team. This position offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues and supporting end-users within a professional IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems.
- Collaborate with IT staff to enhance support processes.
Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong communication skills are a plus.
