Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site IT Support / Systems Administrator to install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications. Responsibilities include responding to user issues via ticketing, email, phone, or in person; providing user training; monitoring systems; performing routine maintenance; documenting incidents; and troubleshooting hardware, software, and wired/wireless network problems.
- Qualifications: BS in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
- Experience: 3–5 years in Technical Support or System Administration
- Technical familiarity with desktops, laptops, and printers
- Shift work required
Compensation: Php20,00–25,00/month. Work location: in person.
