Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support professional to join our team at our Ortigas office. As a Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely assistance to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of software and hardware systems are highly desirable.
