Job Description
Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Technical Support professional. The role involves providing support and maintenance for the organization’s desktop computing environment.
- Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and equipment.
- Troubleshoot IT problems and assist end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Able to travel to different sites.
Job Type: Fixed term; Contract length: 12 months.
