Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide effective solutions to their technical issues.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
- Strive to meet or exceed performance targets while following company guidelines.
Needed Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience.
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Strong communication skills.
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month with additional benefits.
