Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving technical issues
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Providing guidance and instructions on product usage
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
- Documenting customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar support role is preferred.
