Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional email support to our clients. As a Technical Support Representative, your main responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues through email.
You will be responsible for understanding technical products and services, diagnosing problems, and providing accurate solutions to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of email support protocols and software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues via email.
- Troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
- Providing accurate and timely solutions to customer problems.
- Collaborating with other technical support team members to resolve customer issues.
- Documenting customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
