Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver professional assistance via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, documenting cases, and escalating complex problems while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and providing clear, patient guidance.
- Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year in customer or technical support; basic networking and OS familiarity; strong communication and problem-solving skills; English proficiency.
- Preferred: CompTIA A+, CCNA, or prior SaaS support experience. Must be flexible with shifts and able to work under pressure.
