Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related
- Minimum of 2 years experience in software running and troubleshooting
- Basic skills in programming, MS SQL server, security solutions
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about technology with a creative mindset
- Good time management and customer-oriented
