Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Representative II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, resolving technical problems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Experience in technical support and a background in IT or a related field are preferred for this position.
