Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Answer inbound customer calls 24/7 to open new support requests and provide updates on existing requests.
- Update customer contact info in Connectwise Manage for auto-routing calls.
- Monitor call queues, service boards, and tickets to ensure timely incident resolution.
- Prioritize customer tickets for SLA adherence.
- Organize tickets and client requests for the Managed Services Department.
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational abilities for task management.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Focus on exceptional customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
