Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our IT Service Desk team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of their computer systems, troubleshoot any issues they encounter, and provide timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming support requests via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
- Guiding clients and customers through step-by-step solutions
- Collaborating with team members to identify and escalate complex problems
- Documenting and tracking support tickets in our system
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Customer-oriented approach and the ability to work well in a team
