Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team in the Mobility Account department. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues and providing excellent customer service.
Your main tasks will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to mobility services
- Providing step-by-step instructions to customers on how to resolve common technical problems
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or senior technical support staff
- Documenting customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical knowledge in mobility services, and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
