Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Responsibility:
- Answering questions regarding Data Lake’s product, its hardware, and software
- Performing troubleshooting tasks to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ticket issuer and resolver
- Effectively managing customer expectations
- Setting the organizational standard for customer engagement
- Voice Support and Remote Support
Secondary Responsibility:
- Assist with Return Orders
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 6 months Customer Service Experience in Tech Support
- IT, Engineering Graduate Diploma
- Clear written communication in English
- Basic MS knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Located in Pasay City
- Night Shift & Work From Home
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
