Salary Range: Php 30,00.00 – Php 45,00.00 per month
As a Technical Support Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers in need of technical support. Your responsibilities will involve remote troubleshooting, evaluating customer issues, and identifying the most effective solutions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of IT help desk experience
- College graduate
- Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills
