We are continuously looking for candidates to join our team at Skypea Teleservices PH.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer needs with our products and services.
- Influence and recover customer objections effectively.
- Share vital information with internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO/Customer Service experience.
- High School/College graduate.
- Good to above communication skills.
- Available for onsite work with flexible schedules.
