Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving technical issues for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing phone and email support to customers experiencing technical difficulties.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Assessing customer needs and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Documenting customer interactions and solutions in our internal database.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of computer systems and software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
