Job Description
Sutherland Global Services in Clark Pampanga is seeking skilled individuals for the position of Technical Support Representative. Candidates should have at least 6 months of sales BPO experience or 1 year in BPO. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing customer feedback, and assisting in the deployment of new applications.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnosing hardware/software issues.
- Providing excellent customer support.
- Installing and configuring equipment.
- Managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: Php 18,550.00 – Php 24,550.00 per month.
