Job Description
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Representative to join our team. The responsibilities include identifying hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing faults, and resolving network problems.
You will interact with customers to understand their problems, provide accurate feedback, and guide them through solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php31,700.00 per month
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in technical support.
