Job Description
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team. As a Tier 1 support representative, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with any technical issues they may be experiencing.
Your main duties will include providing accurate and timely technical support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems, document all interactions, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Successful applicants should have excellent communication skills and be able to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. A good understanding of computer systems, software, and networking is essential. Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
