Job Description
Job Purpose: Provide effective support for customer inquiries related to products or applications.
Responsibilities: Answer customer calls, assist with installation or training, and document call activity in our Technical Support database.
Qualifications: At least a High School Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree; technical background is a plus. Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office required. Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, and in a night shift schedule.
