Job Description
Qualifications:
- 1-year BPO experience with at least 6 months in Sales or Web Hosting account
- Good communication and technical skills
- Knowledge in smartphones, email domains, and operating systems
- At least a high school graduate
- Willing to work onsite (Shaw, Mandaluyong)
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with all office applications such as Word Doc, Excel
- Familiarity with DNS, name servers, and IP addresses
- Familiarity with SMTP protocols, POP/IMAP/Active Exchange differences
- Familiarity with email security products and troubleshooting
- Excellent computer skills specifically using a CRM database system
- Strong and accurate data entry skills are required

Salary: Up to Php29,00.00 per month
