Job Description
Join the team at INFINITY SUPPORT PHILIPPINES INC as a skilled Technical Support Representative for our VPN account.
Work Setup:
- Work-from-Home
- Equipment Provided
- Shifting schedule
- For Blended (Email/Chat with few Phone)
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in troubleshooting technical products.
- Strong experience with Retention.
- Familiarity with networking, VPN concepts, and SaaS products.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide superior service in customer interactions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php23,00.00 per month
