Qualifications:
- Completed 1st year in college or graduate of any field
- Minimum 18 months BPO working experience in customer service, technical support, or help desk
- Working knowledge of software and application concerns
- Experience in ticket analysis and understanding issue trends
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa

Salary: Up to Php32,00.00 per month
