Trinity Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for the position of Technical Support / Service Desk. We offer the following job highlights:

Qualifications:
- Completed 1st year in college or graduate of any field.
- Minimum 18 months BPO working experience in doing customer service, with technical support or help desk.
- Working knowledge on Software’s and Application concerns.
- Experience on ticket analysis and understanding issue trends.
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Salary: Up to Php32,00.00 per month
