Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling service requests related to technology, including tablets, printers, phones, networks, hardware, software, and general administration tasks.
Skills, abilities, and attitudes required:
- At least 1 year of similar experience.
- Preferably has Technical Support experience in a BPO industry.
- Background in doing email and chat support, inbound/outbound calls, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong Microsoft Office applications experience or any IT software experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, proactive, or has initiative.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Great work ethic and a desire to deliver beyond expectations.
