Job Description
CALLMAX SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience in BPO, specifically handling voice accounts. Excellent communication skills are essential, and knowledge in healthcare or technical accounts is a significant advantage.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift. We offer supplemental pay including a 13th-month salary and overtime pay.

- At least 6 months of healthcare experience
- At least 6 months of TSR experience
