Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at FullStack Labs. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Documenting and escalating customer feedback and requests for product enhancements
- Providing technical training to customers and colleagues when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of software applications and hardware components
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
