Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure preventive maintenance of Diagnostic instruments.
- Respond to customer calls; troubleshoot machine issues.
- Prepare monthly service/sales call itineraries.
- Document post-service reports and customer complaints.
- Conduct site visits and provide installation recommendations.
- Maintain inventory records of all tools and instruments.
- Oversee machine installations and assist end users.
- Train 3rd party technical service providers.
- Adhere to company policies and submit reports as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate of an engineering course; license required. Minimum 3 years experience in the Diagnostic Industry.
Basic knowledge in circuit design and application training.
