Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Your duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network configurations, and resolving technical problems via phone, email, or in person.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Prior experience in technical support or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of IT systems and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
