Job Description
IdeasUnlimited LLC is seeking a Technical Support Associate with a competitive salary of 25,00 Php.
TASKS INCLUDE:
- Handle incoming help requests from clients via phone and service tickets
- Document client identification information
- Prioritize and schedule issues, escalating as necessary
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripherals
- Document the problem-solving process, decisions, and actions taken
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT
- 2-3 years of Tier 2 Technical Support experience
- Data Center experience
- Intermediate networking knowledge and vendor communication skills
- A+ Certification or similar is a plus
