Job Description
We’re hiring a Technical Support Specialist in Philippines at inDrive. If you are customer-oriented and eager to enhance our customer service, send us your CV.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound/outbound calls.
- Responding to client inquiries via chat and email.
- Assisting and resolving user concerns.
- Analyzing client inquiries (chat, email).
- Conflict resolution.
- Managing customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in PC usage.
- Familiarity with Google products: Google Sheets, Google Docs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Native language speaker (as per supported country).
- Typing speed of at least 100 words per minute.
- Experience in Customer Service industry (Omnichannel).
- Experience in E-Hailing is a plus.
