Job Description
A Technical Support Specialist (Level 2/3) provides advanced technical assistance and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. As a specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in person, over the phone, or via email to end-users and clients;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues;
- Identify root causes of technical problems and provide effective solutions;
- Collaborate with other IT personnel for efficient problem resolution;
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software;
- Document technical processes and procedures for knowledge base;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or similar role;
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and software;
- Proven ability to handle complex technical issues;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
